Still One Drop
Who is Irievibrations Records? If this name doesn’t ring a bell, it will soon - because the next generation of European producers is on the rise - and the Irievibrations production team is one of them - and they prove it skillfully on their debut album releases by themselves and distributed by Groove Attack in Germany.
Hailing from Austria, one you normally not think this to be a reggae-nation - and as it still might now be a nation devoted to the Jamaican style, Irievibrations surely is. Their production abilities are really smooth and as wholesome their musical partners. With artists like Sizzla, Morgan Heritage, Anthony B, Perfect, Ward 21 and new comer Konshens you would think that they where Jamaican - but as long as their music is Jamaican (and it is) - I’m in.
I have only good things to mention about this album. The perfectly blended collection of songs - the vast amount of prime artists - and the nice songs. If you ever come across the album. Don’t hesitate to pick it up... It’s really good!
