12.04.09 :: Summerjam 2009: Update 6
The witty and humerous deejay act Ward 21 from Jamaica has confirmed for Summerjam - as well as the fine Dutch sound system Herb-A-Lize it will be playing. Corfirmed acts are also Ragga Twins from the UK, Patrice, The Beat, The Aggrolites and The Busters - all world class SKA bands.
Summerjam 2009 is the 24th annual festival in Germany and the largest in Europe of its kind. This year the festival starts on Friday 3, 2009 and ends on Sunday 5, 2009. You can already buy tickets for the festival here in Denmark via Billetnet. The price in Denmark is 635 DKK and

08.04.09 :: Rootsman Hi-Fi Celebrates 10 Years
The legendary sound system Rootsman Hi-Fi turns 10 years in the business in Denmark. And Rootsman Hi-Fi is ever blazing with contact jobs around Copenhagen and Scandinavia - as well is the selectors individually do what they can do for reggae in Denmark, especially Ras Money who was nominated for best DJ in Copenhagen 2008.
Rootsman Hi-Fi will celebrate the day on the local reggae club Rub-A-Dub Sundays in Copenhagen on April 12, where a line up of sounds like Reggaehagen and Simien Sound as well as live performance from Mystic.
02.04.09 :: Firehouse Turns 4
The local phenomenon Firehouse Sound celebrates 4 years of constant success and aknowledgement from competitors, friends and foes on the business. With their diehard belief in themselves and a promotion strategy that has worked from day one - has earned them the title as the most popular (and infamous) sound in Denmark.
Constantly playing at venues, concerts and clubs - and recently a number one track on the mainstream airplay list and a vinyl bestseller on Ernie B is just a few things that proves that this sound strives to be the best. An upcoming gig in Japan is on the way as well.
Anyway, on April 5 they will perform on Rub-A-Dub Sundays where they will celebrate the party with friends and foes...
